    1. Boil 2 cups of water in saucepan. Then add 1 cup of dried quinoa and let it cook until the quinoa absorbs the water.
    2. Roast half a cup of peeled almonds in the oven for 30 min in a temperature of 200 degrees F
    3. Cut red and yellow peppers in small cubes, cherry tomatoes in half, red onion in julienne, mangoes in small cubes
    4. Dressing • Whisk 1/4 cup of fresh orange juice • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice • 2 tablespoons of stevia • 1 table spoon of red wine vinegar • salt • pepper • 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
