Did you know that one of the biggest hurdles when it comes to permanent weight loss is non-acceptance of your “overweight” or “unfit” body? We live our whole life under the illusion that the more we “resist” or “dislike” our bodies, the more we will work towards changing it.
But this is a complete fallacy because the truth is, the more you accept your body, the more you are bound to take care of it.

And did you know that “BODY ACCEPTANCE” is a skill that can be learned?

Given the conditioning by our society & culture, its actually quite difficult to be at peace with our body shape, no matter what it weighs.

Well, today, I’m talking about this super important concept in a whole together new way called Body Acceptance.

This is one of favorite teachings & as well as one of the most powerful lessons that I’ve learned in my weight loss journey & life as a whole.
